BRICOCENTER

The collaboration with Bricocenter started about five years ago, with the aim of developing internal HR content to tell the story of employees’ experiences within the company.

The project aimed to highlight the people who work for the brand, using video interviews with department heads and new recruits to show employees directly in the workplace, highlighting their daily tasks.

One of the main needs that emerged concerned the renewal of the company’s photographic images. In the past, Bricocenter only used stock photos, which neither represented the real employees nor conveyed the authentic identity of the company. Genuine images were missing for point-of-sale signage, promotions and social pages, where there was no visual reference to uniformed personnel.

To meet this need, we proposed a customised point-of-sale photoshoot.

We created an extensive archive of more than 200 shots, capturing employees during their work activities and in posed images, useful for promotional campaigns, social covers and more. To ensure maximum authenticity, we took care to carefully select both the collaborators to be involved and the extras needed to represent the clients.



The project led to the creation of a customised photo library, which Bricocenter regularly updates to keep the content fresh and in line with the different seasons of the year. This image archive has proven to be a valuable tool for corporate presentations, in-store signage, promotions and social media communication.

This collaboration allowed Bricocenter to strengthen its visual identity and improve its internal and external communication, offering an authentic and engaging account of the people who work for the company.
