Brazilian company Play9 contacted us to make an exclusive reportage in Italy, documenting a unique day with two legends of world football: Marta Vieira Da Silva and Cristiano Ronaldo. The aim was to capture a penalty shoot-out and cross bar challenge between the two athletes, with the support of Clear as the main sponsor, visible through banners and ledwalls positioned around the pitch. Due to our experience with high-profile projects, we were chosen as the ideal partner for this assignment, which required professionalism and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

To ensure authentic and spontaneous content, we adopted a technical approach aimed at interfering as little as possible with the athletes. The crew consisted of an experienced cameraman and sound engineer, accompanied by several GoPro cameras strategically positioned in the field. This discreet set-up allowed us to capture every moment of the challenge, from the shots on goal to the most spontaneous reactions, while maintaining the naturalness required by the format.

The GoPro cameras, placed at strategic points, offered unprecedented angles and close-up details, while the main camera operator ensured high quality footage, essential to enhance the highlights of the competition. For the audio, we used directional and lavalier microphones, managing to record dialogue and ambient sounds without restricting the movements of the protagonists.
