LEROY MERLIN
Communicating with customers is fundamental for any company, but when you’re Leroy Merlin with 51 stores distributed throughout the country, and about 8,500 employees, communicating with your staff becomes equally important.
Since 2017 we have been creating content for external and, above all, internal communication for Leroy Merlin and the entire ADEO group, which includes numerous major DIY brands such as Leroy Merlin, Brico, Tecnomat and many others.
We have created video material for initiatives to launch new systems, training videos or presentations for sales outlets, events, and above all videos for recruiting new employees published on the LinkedIn platforms and the internal Leroy Merlin portal.
We didn’t just personally create the video content, but in agreement with the sales team, we provided guidelines for creating a kit of essential equipment, such as a microphone and smartphone stand, standardised across all stores for the independent creation of material.
This is because such a large and segmented organisation has daily communication needs that can arise at any moment. We provided instructions to make the groups as autonomous as possible in the creation of the daily stories that characterise Leroy Merlin, while remaining available to provide support for the more complex editing.
During the years of collaboration, our systems for managing individual projects and collecting feedback on content have also improved, adopting innovative and easy-to-use systems that have simplified all the processes involved, bringing content delivery to lightning speed.
