MERCATò
Mercatò, one of the main supermarket chains, is a point of reference for quality shopping and the promotion of local produce. Thanks to our collaboration with Etinet, a communications agency in Cuneo, we have had the privilege of working with them for over three years, contributing to the creation of numerous video contents. These projects were designed to meet specific communication and marketing needs, with an approach that allowed us to enhance Mercatò’s identity and values.
For the brand, we developed a series of video packages in synergy with Etinet’s social media managers, designed to guarantee versatility and immediacy. Among these, dynamic social videos, made directly in the shops, represent a fundamental resource for keeping interaction with the public alive on the main digital channels.
The fact that they are easy to create means that constant and up-to-date communication is possible, thus consolidating the brand’s online presence.
Alongside these, we have created video interviews of a more institutional nature, aimed at recruitment and mainly intended for the LinkedIn platform. These contents not only present Mercatò as a stimulating and innovative workplace, but also convey trust and transparency to potential candidates. Through the direct testimonies of employees and managers, the videos manage to humanise the brand and show the company as a people-centred organisation, thus increasing its attractiveness to the best talents.
One of the most significant projects was ‘Da noi a noi’ (From us to us), an initiative designed to explain the production chain of Mercatò’s partners, bringing the end consumer closer to the origins of the products. This type of video is extremely valuable for marketing purposes, as it reinforces the perception of quality and authenticity of the brand, emphasising its commitment to sustainability and the local area. Through visual storytelling, consumers can see with their own eyes the care and passion behind each product, creating an emotional bond and trust that goes beyond the simple shopping experience. Each content, from the simplest to the most complex, has been designed to meet the specific communication needs of the brand, consolidating its reputation and relationship with the public.
